Document Automation Readiness Review
Do you know how many documents you will be able to automate within your organisation?
Has your business gone through a process of making sure all of these documents are up to date?
Have these legal documents been standardised and templated where possible?
For example, where there are multiple variations of a particular contract- have you reduced the total number of contracts by consolidating into one document?
Has your business reviewed and streamlined its contracting processes?
On average what is the complexity of the documents your organisation wishes to automate?
An example of a simple document is a non-disclosure agreement with some data points but no conditionality. At the other end of the scale a Share Purchase Agreement is a complex document. It has many data points, as well as multiple areas of conditionality within the agreement and its schedules.
